The upper lip can be a sensitive area, so you may experience some brief discomfort during treatment.

For the best results, hair should be visible and long enough for the wax to grip effectively.

Avoid trimming, shaving or using hair removal creams before your appointment where possible.

For 24 hours after your treatment, avoid excessive heat, direct sun exposure, saunas, swimming pools, exfoliating products and active skincare ingredients such as retinol or acids.

Applying SPF is particularly important if the treated area will be exposed to sunlight.
