Underarm Wax

Results typically last around 3–4 weeks, although this varies depending on your individual hair growth cycle. With regular waxing, hair often grows back finer, softer and less noticeable over time.

Most clients find underarm waxing much more comfortable than they expect.

We use premium Lycon wax, which is specifically designed to minimise discomfort and reduce skin irritation.

You may experience some brief sensitivity during treatment, particularly if it's your first wax.

For the best results, hair should ideally be at least 2–3 weeks of growth.

This allows the wax to grip the hair effectively and achieve a cleaner finish. Lycon wax is able to grip even short hairs so less growth may be required than standard waxes.

For 24 hours after your treatment, avoid hot baths, saunas, swimming pools, excessive exercise, deodorants containing strong fragrances, and tight-fitting clothing where possible.

Keep the area clean and moisturised, and begin gentle exfoliation after a few days to help prevent ingrown hairs.

Lycon wax is designed to reduce discomfort and irritation but we will always provide personalised aftercare advice during your appointment.

To achieve the best long-term results, it's recommended that you avoid shaving between appointments. Regular waxing helps maintain a consistent hair growth cycle and can lead to finer, sparser regrowth over time.
